Summary
Jacket; Blazer. A Cambridge college blazer dated 1923 (circa). Fabric of pink wool twill weave raised nap. Trimmed with pink silk ribbon; four metal buttons 'CCCC, Pelican and Young'; three metal buttons and bottonholes 'Corpus Christi College Cambridge pelican and young B.T' (Manufacturers 'Firmin London'). Tailors label 'Master Make J.J.Masters Cambridge' and handwritten 'S.Yorke'. hand and machine sewn; indented revers; three pockets; coat hanger; edged on all sides. Very worn and darned.

Given by Phillip Yorke III (1905-1978) along with the estate, house and contents to the National Trust in 1973.
