Summary
Handkerchief. An embroidered handkerchief dated 1900 (circa). Fabric of undyed cotton plain weave. Embroidery of undyed cotton in satin, raised satin, couching and back stitch, drawn and pulled work. Design of stylized flower and leaf border on four sides and the initials 'L.Y' in one corner.

Given by Phillip Yorke III (1905-1978) along with the estate, house and contents to the National Trust in 1973
