Summary
Bodice. A lace bodice dated 1900 (circa). The fabric is of cream cotton machine net trimmed with cream silk 'maltese' bobbin lace; straight footing, indented heading flowers and maltese cross; six oval pearl buttons; five hooks and eyes; and a press stud. Hand sewn; front three widths of lace and crossed.

Given by Phillip Yorke III (1905-1978) along with the estate, house and contents to the National Trust in 1973.
