Summary
Baby's gown. A baby's flannel gown dated 1903-05. The fabric is of cream wool, plain weave, raised nap 'flannel' with embroidery of ivory silk, button hole, satin stem and couching; top machine stitching to resemble quilting. Trimmed with silk ribbon; and cotton tapes. Worn by either Simon IV or Philip III.
