Summary
Baby's gown. A cream cotton, plain weave baby's long gown dated 1903-05. Embroidered with white cotton pulled work, whipping and flystitch insertions; white cotton satin and eyelets and feather stitch insertions and frill. Trimmed with white cotton machine lace insertions and edging; and one button. Handsewn.

Given by Phillip Yorke III (1905-1978) along with the estate, house and contents to the National Trust in 1973.
