Summary
Lounge jacket. A black lounge jacket dated 1915 (circa) of black wool twill weave with a raised nap and trimmed with six black buttons; a coathanger; two flapped pockets; one breast pocket; and two inside pockets. It is lined with a black cotton satin weave; brown cotton twill weave; and an ivory cotton satin weave printed with a blue and grey stripe. The jacket is hand and machine sewn and has an embroidered label 'Peter Robinson Ltd,/Oxford Street. W. London./Gold medal Boys Clothing/Paris Exhibition 1900'; and handwritten 'YORKE'.
