Summary
Frock coat. A navy blue twill weave frock coat dated 1900 (circa) trimmed with sixteen black silk buttons; black silk braid edging; and a coathanger. It is lined with black silk twill weave, padded in places; brown cotton twill weave; ivory and a white cotton woven stripe satin weave with a blue printed stripe. The coat is hand and machine sewn.

Given by Philip Yorke III (1905-1978) along with the estate, house and contents to the National Trust in 1973.
