Summary
Altar cloth. An alter cloth 1855, in red wool and velvet plush with a three strand twisted cord and with gold/beige cotton velvet border. The front us initialled with IHS in black and gold cotton.
Provenance
Given by Philip Yorke III (1905-1978) along with the estate, house and contents to the National Trust in 1973.
