Summary

Chamber candlestick. One of a pair of chamber candlesticks Flat circular plain trays with plain moulded rims supporting vase-shaped sockets with partly-fluted bases, strap handles with thumb pieces, the cone extinguishers hooked to thumb pieces, extinguishers do not match. Wirework galleries for shades (shades missing).

Provenance

Given by Phillip Yorke III (1905-1978) along with the estate, house and contents to the National Trust in 1973
