Summary

Sandwich tongs. A pair of sandwich tongs, formed of a continuous band, fiddle pattern grip, one arm stepped near the blade, the arms held by a rectangular collar; the rectangular blades with scroll foliage engraved on the outside, and fluting to the inside faces.

Provenance

Given by Phillip Yorke III (1905-1978) along with the estate, house and contents to the National Trust in 1973
