Summary

Hotplate. An ornate plated double-sided folding serving hotplate, the reeded square-domed compartments with pierced plates. There is a central handle on a 'trestle' with 2-legged uprights. The whole is ornamented in loosely neo-classical taste.

Provenance

Given by Phillip Yorke III (1905-1978) along with the estate, house and contents to the National Trust in 1973
