Summary
Sugar basin. Part of a Charles and George Fox, silver tea set, dating from 1845/46, comprising a teapot, a sugar basin, and a cream jug. The body is of compressed circular form, decorated with interlaced fluting and engraved with a panel of strapwork and trellis ornament, a coat-of-arms and a crest.

Given by Philip Yorke III (1905-1978) along with the estate, house and contents to the National Trust in 1973
