Summary
Miniature bed. The frame and attached textiles of a four poster bed from the dolls' house. It has a wooden, slatted base, a wooden headboard and wooden top frame, all nailed together. It also has six-sided wooden dowels as rails for the curtains. The four curtains are made from white, spotted muslin, lined with a pink dyed cotton and tied back with pink satin ribbon. The curtains at the foot are held up by four metal rings, those at the head by three. The headcloth is also of white spotted muslin, lined with pink textile, while the canopy, also made of white spotted muslin is lined with white cotton. The canopy and headcloth are fastened on to the frame of the bed with knotted ribbon.
