Summary
Miniature rug. An embroidered miniature hearth rug from the dolls' house. The white cotton canvas base is embroidered in wool, dyed mid-blue, dark red, two shades of red, two shades of pink, three shades of yellow and cream, in cross stitch and there are two selvages and two whipped ends. The design is of a central medallion with a palmette on either side.
