Summary
A saucepan lid. A circular, dished, copper pan lid plated with tin on the base. It has an iron handle, attached by two rivets, with a hole at the end to enable it to be put on a hook. The handle is narrower near the lid and widens out towards the end.
Provenance
Given by Philip Yorke III (1905-1978) along with the estate, house and contents to the National Trust in 1973.
