Summary
A grained press cupboard or clothes press, English, late 19th/early 20th century. Grained to simulate oak, but of softwood. With a moulded corners above a pair of three paneled doors enclosing four shelves. Raised on a cutaway bracket plinth.
Provenance
Given by Philip Yorke III (1905-1978) along with the estate, house and contents to the National Trust in 1973.
