Summary
A mahogany-veneered toilet mirror, English, circa 1880. The rectangular plate in a plain mahogany surround, swiveling on a pair of curved supports with ebonized wood handles. The plateau base with serpentine front edge raised on four turned bun feet.

Given by Philip Yorke III (1905-1978) along with the estate, house and contents to the National Trust in 1973.
