Summary
An ebonized stool or footstool, English, early 20th century. The seat of woven seagrass, and on four slightly tapering turned legs with rounded tips, joined by simple side stretchers.
Provenance
Given by Philip Yorke III (1905-1978) along with the estate, house and contents to the National Trust in 1973.
