A beech towel rail or airer, English, early 20th century. Of two rails (a third rail lacking), between uprights with divergent tops. On simple end standards with shaped feet.

Provenance

Given by Philip Yorke III (1905-1978) along with the estate, house and contents to the National Trust in 1973.
