Mahogany square medicine chest, bearing trade label of 'E.J.Tryon, Chemist and Druggist, 112 High Street, Southampton'; the hinged lid opening to reveal 10 compartments with 14 bottles, the front with brass lock plate and flat drawer handle, the drawer with divisions, containing fragments.

Given by Phillip Yorke III (1905-1978) along with the estate, house and contents to the National Trust in 1973.
