Summary
A walnut revolving bookcase, English, early 19th century. The rectangular top above a moulded frieze and a central shelf. Each side applied with four line-moulded slats. Revolving on a cruciform base fitted with iron and plastic castors.
Provenance
Given by Phillip Yorke III (1905-1978) along with the estate, house and contents to the National Trust in 1973.
