Summary
A child's saucer. One of three saucers from a porcelain part child's nursery service, which are decorated with transfer printed nursery rhymes and colour illustrations on a white ground. Each has a green line around the rim. This saucer is marked 'OLD MOTHER HUBBARD SHE WENT TO THE CUPBOARD...etc'.
Provenance
Given by Philip Yorke III (1905-1978) along with the estate, house and contents to the National Trust in 1973.
