Summary
Inhaler. A marbled effect porcelain Saunders Family Inhaler. The lid has two holes containing glass tubes. The directions for use on front form part of the decoration.
Provenance
Given by Phillip Yorke III (1905-1978) along with the estate, house and contents to the National Trust in 1973.
Marks and inscriptions
On front: Saunders Family Inhaler / Directions for Use / Remove the top and half-fill the Jar with / the Infusion, then replace and the Inhaler / is ready for use. Care must be taken / that the bent tube does not touch / the contents of the Inhaler'.
