Summary
A display of four South American birds, including an oriole, red-legged honeycreeper and 2.25 hummingbirds and nest which are perched on a small branch, crudely put in a protective case. Was originally set in a glazed display case, the glass of which is lost. The Tree is made of green-painted iron wire around a framework of thicker iron wires and then decorated with (largely-fragmented) yew leaves, tiny cotton wool buds and flowers constructed from Briza (quaking grass) pods.
