Summary
One of a pair, festoon blind of bright yellow silk consisting of three shaped panels gathered into a band of yellow silk at the two seams and lined with glazed yellow wool. The outer side edges are bound with the glazed yellow wool fabric of the lining. The top edge is bound with a fine and narrow pale blue silk braid and the lower, shaped edge is bound with a yellow silk tape and trimmed with a yellow, silk covered fringed gimp. The festoon is hand stitched.
