Small white envelope inside scrapbook (NT11291.1) with, written in ink, / Please write your / name, plus two short dashes, on reverse flap printed a crest with heraldic beast (gryphon or wyvern ?) rampant on scrolled base with motto banner with end scrolls DIEU POUR NOUS.
