Summary
A swiveling armchair, English, circa 1970-90, the upright rectangular back flanked by two black-lacquered tubular armrests of triangular form, the underside of the chair with swivel mechanism on circular pedestal with five splayed lengths and small square feet, the thin foam seat and back cushions covered with vertically ribbed black fabric, a headrest of matching fabric joined at the top of the chair.

Owned by Ernö Goldfinger and Ursula Ruth Blackwell, also known as Mrs Ernö Goldfinger. Purchased by the National Trust in 1994.
