Photograph, Ellen Terry with cat (Boo Boo) inscribed 'Boo Boo' and Ellen Terry - 1923 for Remembrance of Hambledon To Vera'. Given to Ellen Vera Smith, nee Humphrey who probably worked for ET at Hambledon as a maid. Given to National Trust by her son John Smith April 1987. Framed and glazed.

Photograph believed to have been owned by, or given to, EllenTerry (1847-1928) or her daughter Edith Craig (1869-1947) and came to National Trust in 1939 when Edith Craig transferred to Smallhythe Place (including buildings, land and contents) to the Trust.
