Summary
One of a pair of ornamentally turned ebony and ivory candlesticks on wavy ribbed cylindrical stems supporting outspreading crenellated capitals with pearled borders on stepped bases, turned by Antony Gibbs circa 1890.

Purchased from the estate of the late Lord Wraxall with the assistance of the NHMF and donations from members and supporters.
