Summary
19th century Japanese lacquer work table, the shaped rectangular box having canted corners and supported on two urn shaped splats and arched legs. The workbox containing in the top tray a large collection of bone, ivory and mother of pearl needlework tools and embroidery implements, on the bottom tray an unfinished panel of needlework and other needlework material.
