Summary

A pair of large Minton Majolica jardinières, c.1870, of ogee form with scroll handles. Moulded with fox gloves and ferns in high relief, they are painted in colours on an ivory ground, the interior painted blue. Both damaged.

Provenance

Purchased from the estate of the late Lord Wraxall with the assistance of the NHMF and donations from members and supporters.
