Summary
A Copenhagen china bowl commemorating the Battle of Copenhagen, 2nd April 1801. Painted with a panel depicting the action and with a tribute to Commodore Olbert who commanded the Danish squadon at the Battle of Copenhagen in 1801 Fischer c. 1805-7 (note - it is one of 25 such bowls made in 1805-7 of which only 12 have survived
