Summary
Print, cartoon, Old Low's Crystal Ball / Things to Come by Sir David Alexander Cecil Low (Dunedin, New Zealand 1891 – London 1963). Inscribed: Prime Minister Churchill making his 27th Cabinet reshuffle, telling Macmillan, Eden and Butler they have to go. Too old. Winston, who has grown progressively younger since his eightieth birthday, gives a half-promise he will resign on reaching the age of fifteen. Sir Winston Churchill (1874 - 1965), Maurice Harold Macmillan, 1st Earl of Stockton (1894-1986), Robert Anthony Eden, 1st Earl of Avon, of Royal Leamington Spa, (1897-1977) and Richard Austen Butler, Baron Butler of Saffron Walden (1902 – 1982) are included in the bubble with two, one bespectacled looking into a crystal ball, top left.
