Summary
Three plans of a multi-storey house with two bays, entrance with columns and a central staircase from the ground floor to the first floor. Principal rooms divided over two floors. Numbered scale. Rooms mostly identified and measurements given. Unscribed over individual drawings: "2nd Story 20ft high" ; "3rd Story"; "Plan of 1st Story 14ft0in high". Additional note (indicating a fourth story not drawn): "The Garrats may be divided the same as the 3rd Story & each 8 feet high in the clear". Unsigned and undated, but attributed to Samuel Wyatt. Watermark: Crowned GR with medallion: "C&D B".

Attributed to Samuel Wyatt, possibly for Nathaniel Curzon, 1st Baron Scarsdale. By descent to Francis Curzon, 3rd Viscount Scarsdale. Acquired by gift as part of the transfer of Kedleston Hall to the National Trust in 1986.
