Summary
A stuffed Red Deer stag head (Cervus elaphus), mounted on a shield as a trophy. Mounted by Spicer of Leamington. The Red Deer Stag was shot by R. N. Curzon in Scotland, 1919.
Provenance
Purchased in 1987 by the National Trust from Francis Curzon, 3rd Viscount Scarsdale (1924-2000).
