Summary
An ivory casket made by Ghish Chandra Vashkar, Murshidabad, Bengal. The body of the casket shows various named buildings in Nashipur; above these depictions, it has an inscription running along the entire border of the casket. It has four paw feet that originally rested on silver figures (missing). The lid depicts a man holding a set of scales and is sitting on a lion; to the right of the figure is a set of canons in a rock face. The casket contains an address from the inhabitants of Nashipur.
