Summary
A silver casket on ebony stand for containing an address from the British Indian subjects of Bunder Abbas, Persian Gulf. It has a repoussé floral design that has been inspired by the Art Noveau movement. At the front there is a panel with an etched map of the region, on the reverse there is an appliqué Curzon coat-of-arms. The hinged lid has an eagle shaped handle.
