Summary
A rosewood table with ivory inlay, Mysore, India, late 19th century. The table top is octagonal in shape, with foliated arch panels linking the legs. The table is inlaid with ivory throughout and makes various geometric and floral patterns. Provenance
Purchased in 1986 by the National Heritage Memorial Fund from Francis Curzon, 3rd Viscount Scarsdale (1924-2000). Gifted to the National Trust in 1987 by the National Heritage Memorial Fund.
