Summary
A Tibetan silver pen-case. It is tubular in shape with ten sides that contain a geometric leaf pattern, at either side there is a boss. The base and the lid of the case have two loops that are put together so that a piece of cord threaded to secure the object and to make it easier for carrying. Provenance
Purchased in 1986 by the National Heritage Memorial Fund from Francis Curzon, 3rd Viscount Scarsdale (1924-2000). Gifted to the National Trust in 1987 by the National Heritage Memorial Fund.
