Summary
Tubular quiver set. The quiver is made from bamboo and contains four arrows, there is a wicker, bias checkweave case attached. Used by the Mishmi tribe, who reside along the border of Eastern Bengal and Assam. Purchased in 1986 by the National Heritage Memorial Fund from Francis Curzon, 3rd Viscount Scarsdale (1924-2000). Gifted to the National Trust in 1987 by the National Heritage Memorial Fund.
