Summary
Arm-guard made of steel from the Sikh armoury at Lahore. The guard is hinged at two places so that the back can be attached; there are also two buckles at the top so that the top section can be secured. Provenance
Purchased in 1986 by the National Heritage Memorial Fund from Francis Curzon, 3rd Viscount Scarsdale (1924-2000). Gifted to the National Trust in 1987 by the National Heritage Memorial Fund.
