Summary
One of four mahogany cabinets consisting of three glass panels that contain metal fittings, with dentil cornice, standing on tapering legs. Displays the cabinet number 7. Designed by A.S.G. Butler c.1925. 'A set of four cabinets, en suite' (Christie's entry).
Provenance
Purchased in 1986 by the National Heritage Memorial Fund from Francis Curzon, 3rd Viscount Scarsdale (1924-2000). Gifted to the National Trust in 1987 by the National Heritage Memorial Fund.
