Summary
A late Victorian oak combined draughtsman's and folio table cabinet, circa 1880. Its rectangular moulded top is lined with a gilt-tooled leather inset on a sliding ratchet mechanism and above a pair of panel glazed cupboard doors with leaf carved spandrels enclosing an arrangement of adjustable folio shelves and flanked by a pair of crenellated pilasters, with panel moulded back and sides on a moulded plinth, on recessed ceramic castors.

Purchased from the estate of the late Lord Wraxall with the assistance of the NHMF and donations from members and supporters.
