Summary description

Oil painting on canvas (oval), An Unknown Lady, French School, early 18th century. An oval half-length portrait of a young woman, turned slightly to the right, gazing at the spectator, dark bown hair dressed high with curls, wearing a green cloak over a white lace frilled dress with flowers at her breast.
