Head and shoulders portrait of a young girl lying on her left arm on a pillow towards the right, looking up, her right hand on her head; she wears a blue ribbon in her hair and a piece of drapery crosses her right arm above the elbow.
Given with Upton House to the National Trust by Walter Samuel, 2nd Viscount Bearsted (1882 – 1948) shortly before his death
