Summary
Oil painting on canvas, Thomas II Hunt (1684 - 1739) of Mollington, Cheshire, English School, circa 1710/15. A portrait of Thomas Hunt II who married of Mary Vere Robartes in 1719. He is standing three-quarter length, slightly right, head facing, wearing a long wig, brown coat and white stock, standing by a table on which rests a book held in his left hand, his right hand on the arm of the chair.

Mentioned in the 1885 inventory; by descent until given by Gerald, 7th Viscount Clifden (1883-1966), with the transfer of the house to the National Trust in 1953
