Oil painting on canvas (circular), George Hunt, MP (1720? - 1798), English School, late 18th century. A circular portrait, head and shoulders, to left wearing a brown coat with gold embroidery and dark brown cloak over his right shoulder. A pair with NT 884921.

By inheritance, through the marriage of the sitter's brother, Thomas II Hunt, with Mary Vere Robartes in 1719; given by Gerald, 7th Viscount Clifden (1883-1966), with the transfer of the house to the National Trust in 1953
