Summary
Oil painting on canvas, The Infant The Hon. Felton Hervey, (3 July 1710 - 16 July 1710), laid out in death, possibly Joseph Brook (fl.1690 - d.1725), 1710. Inscribed 'Mr Felton Hervey born ye 3rd July 1710, he dyed 16th July 1710. A dead baby in white laid out on a bed under a red baldacchino with a putto-angel drawing back the right-hand curtain of it.

By descent to Rear Admiral Frederick William Fane Hervey, 4th Marquess of Bristol (1863-1951), on whose death valued for probate; accepted in lieu of tax by HM Treasury, and transferred to the National Trust in 1956
