Summary
Oil painting on canvas, Mrs George Whitmore by British (English) School, circa 1670. A painted oval haf-length portrait of a young woman, turned slightly to the ight, gazing at the spectator, long light-brown curled hair with ringlets on each shoulder, wearing a white dress and grey mantle; a pronounced 'Roman' nose.

Dudmaston collection. Bought by Geoffrey Wolryche-Whitmore (1881- 1969); given by Rachel Katherine Hamilton Russell, Lady Labouchere (1908 – 1996) along with the Dudmaston estate in 1978
