Watercolour and pencil on paper, Studies of Market Women, Antwerp by Samuel Prout (Plymouth 1783 - Camberwell 1852). A pencil drawn watercolour of three individual studies of market scenes, illustrating peasant woman with large baskets of flowers and other produce. Card mount, wash borders; glazed in plain wood frame.
